ETC SILENT CHARITY AUCTION 2009
In support of the annual ETC Responsible Tourism Showcase

You can do well and do good by helping the Educational Travel Community to raise funds through its Silent Charity Auction for the benefit of the Responsible Tourism Showcase 2009. This is an ideal opportunity to promote your company, institution, or destination in a meaningful way at the ETC Conference 2009. Individuals are invited to make personal contributions as well.

The auction items that you donate will be displayed centrally on site in the International Bazaar with name credits to highlight the contributing organizations and individuals. If you provide digital photographs by December 15, 2008, your auction items may be displayed online prior to the conference with donor recognition (please see the “Benefits & Guidelines” form for details).

Most importantly, your valued contribution makes it possible for ETC to continue its program of recognizing and supporting the efforts of pioneering sustainable educational travel projects and programs through the annual ETC Responsible Tourism Showcase.

If you or your organization would like to be included in this auction, please review the Benefits & Guidelines form before completing your contract. Last year's Silent Charity Auction was a great success both in revenue generated, as well as visibility provided to contributors. Help ETC achieve a record number of donations this year while making a difference for a great cause!

All contributors are responsible for shipping/carrying their own auction items to the conference. There will be a secure donations drop-off area at the registration desk.
