Shipping Materials TO and FROM the Hotel


These shipping instructions must be followed to ensure that your boxes arrive at the hotel and are processed in time for ETC.

The hotel receives boxes three days prior to the event, SATURDAY, 2/14/09. 

Limit - 4 boxes per exhibitor not to exceed 30 pounds each.

The hotel provides turn key delivery of exhibitors' boxes to their respective display tables in the international bazaar. Shipping Fees will be charged by the New Orleans Marriott Hotel to the individual's account in the hotel.

Fees are as follows:

  • First 30 lbs - $30.00
  • Parcels 31 - 50 Lbs. - $15.00 per parcel
  • Parcels 51 - 70 Lbs - $20.00 per parcel
  • Over 70 Lbs. - $30.00 per parcel
  • Display box, poster, large tube or oversize box - $30.00 per parcel
  • Pallets - $50.00 per pallet
  • The above fees include receiving the package and delivering to the International Bazaar. If you wish to confirm that your packages have been received by shipping department when you arrive at the hotel, please check at the ETC registration desk on site.

    Shipping from the Hotel:

    To ship materials from the Hotel after the conference, please bring your shipping codes (DSL, Fed Ex, UPS, etc). If you wish to return ship your materials using the hotel's staff, please complete the hotel's return shipping form (which will be on your display table upon arrival) and return to the ETC reception desk by Feb. 20th, 6 PM. If you desire the Hotel to transport the packages to their loading dock for pick up by your shipping carrier, the hotel's shipping/handling fees as stated will apply.
