Partner Opportunities at ETC 2009

Offering instant acknowledgement & bold exposure!

Distinguish your company by supporting showcase events and venues at the annual Educational Travel Conference.

All ETC Sponsoring Partners receive the core benefits listed below, in addition to “special added” features connected to specific venues. If you are interested in more details about each venue's specific cost and benefits, please contact ETC Conference Director and Partner Liaison Carole Erickson at partner@travelearning.com.

Benefits delivered to all sponsoring partners include:
• Preferred location: visible positioning of your exhibition space, as situated on Partners’ Boulevard—the most heavily trafficked area in the International Bazaar.
• Larger display space—assigned according to partner level in International Bazaar.
• Option to decorate with company banners, pop-up exhibits (that do not require drayage)
or photo backdrops within your exhibit space assigned on Partners’ Boulevard. (Non-sponsoring tour operators, suppliers, and destinations are restricted to table top displays, which preclude decoration options and pop-up displays.)
• Logo & url on conference section of ETC website with link back to your company’s website.
• Print recognition in the Conference Resource Directory.
• Complimentary advance registration list two weeks prior to Conference (released to partners having paid their partnership and registration fees in full).
• Complimentary post-conference electronic attendee list
• Options to register up to three representatives from a partner organization. (The Sponsoring Partner package does not include Conference registration. Partners must register by the early bird deadline and complete payment for the Conference by the regular registration deadline.)
