your institution, organization or company. It is important to register under the appropriate category that
best reflects the business focus and operations of your enterprise, as different
organizational profiles, benefits and fees apply to each category. |

Non Profit Travel Planners |
 |

 |
Full or part-time paid staff or volunteers working within nonprofit
educational institutions, museums, alumni associations, adult continuing education programs,
conservation organizations and/or other nonprofit organizations. Travel Planners are
responsible for overseeing, managing, marketing and/or implementing membership-based and/or
affinity travel programs within the nonprofit organization. |

Third Party Travel Planners |

Individuals or companies in a for profit capacity that are
contracted/hired by nonprofit institutions to manage the nonprofit institution's
travel programs in whole or in part. |

Travel wholesalers and/or international, domestic, receptive and inbound tour
operators that are in the business of creating, packaging and operating educational and affinity group
tours. Within the tour operator category there are two sub categories:
1) U.S. based tour operators
2) Inbound or receptive operators based outside the U.S. |

Organizations and companies that provide primary or travel-related
services - including, but not limited to: airlines, hotels, cruise lines, publications,
attractions, insurance and technology firms, research, public relations and/or marketing firms,
retail sellers and independent consultants that market their services to the
educational and affinity travel and/or related markets. |

Foreign, regional and city government tourist offices, U.S domestic, state
and regional offices of tourism, convention and visitors associations, city and community-based
destination marketing organizations that are directly involved in marketing to educational and
affinity group travel. |

Need to virtually register a second person?
If you are registering more than one person virtually from your organization, you must register each delegate as a unique record. You do this by entering a separate email address for the second person, then click on "Continue". This also applies if the person is new to ETC. Please do not overwrite an existing registration as you will lose all of the information for that registration, and that registrant will no longer be registered for the community site.
