Registration Refund Policy
For cancellations made online prior to Jan. 08, 2009, you will receive a full refund (less US $75 administrative fee and 2.0% convenience fee if paid online.) Fees are not refundable for cancellations after Jan. 08, 2009. Name substitutions from the same organization are accepted up to Jan. 08, 2009; and thereafter a $25.00 charge will apply. Non refundable cancellations will be registered as "Virtual Registrants" and receive all benefits of that registration category including delivery of conference materials and year round access to the member only section of the ETCommunity site. |
